RESPONSIBLE GAMING
Amok Casino is all about fun, but we recognize online gambling can stop becoming fun for some players.
Our staff are trained to look out for players showing signs of problem or reckless gambling, but we ask all our players to read this page and contact our support team to know more, or if you think you need help.
STRICTLY NO UNDER 18s
Only those aged 18 or over are permitted to play at Amok Casino. This is strictly enforced via identification and verification checks. We reserve the right to ask for more full identity verification at any time.
If underage players are found to be playing at Amok Casino, any wagers will become null and void, and any winnings forfeited. We reserve the right to take other legal action.
We support parents and guardians in preventing minors from accessing Amok Casino. If you are worried a minor is accessing our site and services, please contact the support team at [email protected], and we will do all we can to prevent this from happening.
We recommend Net Nanny or Cyber Patrol as respected internet filtering software programs with the ability to control and prevent access to materials not suitable for minors, including gambling sites.
In addition, you can take these simple steps to prevent under 18s using your account:
- Do not leave your device unattended if you are logged in to any gambling site
- Always password protect your device
- Keep your passwords secret
SETTING LIMITS
Amok Casino has various tools designed to help players only spend limited time and money at our site. Please read below for the types of limits we offer and contact our support team at [email protected] if you have any questions about them.
A. Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits to control the amount of money you can deposit over a set period. Once the limit has been reached, you won’t be able to make further deposits until the limit resets.
For example, you set a weekly deposit limit on Monday of €100. You then deposit €50 on Monday and €50 on Tuesday. Those deposits add up to €100, so you will not be able to make further deposits until your limit resets the following Monday.
To set a deposit limit, login to your account and find the Limits section under My Profile.
B. Session Limits
Choose how long you spend on our casino playing games. Set daily, weekly, and monthly session limits. When you hit your limit, you won’t be able to play online until your limit resets.
For example, you set a monthly limit of 24 hours of playing time. If you play for two hours a day for 12 days, you won’t be able to play anymore after that until your monthly limit resets.
Limit duration
Any limits can be increased or decreased upon making a request. Limits can be reduced immediately as soon as you notify us, either via customer support or by taking action in the Limits section.
Players wanting to increase limits must wait 24 hours before the new limits come into effect.
Limit restrictions
Any limits you put into place will be active at Amok Casino across all devices by which Infiniza Limited provides its services to you.
Please note that if you set limits at Amok Casino, they won’t be active at any sister brand of ours at which you have an account. Our support team can set up limits across multiple brands for you when you ask them by email or live chat.
Reality Check
The reality check pop-up interrupts your play by alerting you at certain time intervals. It says how long you have been playing, plus your total winnings and losses during the session. You will be required to confirm you have read the message, and you will have the option to end your game session or return to the game.
Temporary Self-Exclusion
If you wish to take a break from gambling, you can self-exclude from Amok Casino for a certain period or permanently. During any self-exclusion period, you will not be able to play any games at our casino, and we will not send you any marketing materials. You will still be able to login to withdraw any funds.
To self-exclude, click here or go to the My Profile in your account, and go to the Self-Exclusion section. You can also set up a self-exclusion by emailing us or speaking to an agent on our live chat function.
Likewise, you can increase existing self-exclusion periods by contacting our support team. A request to increase self-exclusion is implemented immediately.
Requests to decrease a period of self-exclusion are activated 24 hours after they have been requested. Notices to request removal of indefinite periods of self-exclusion take seven (7) days before they become active. These gaps are referred to as ‘cooling off’ periods and give you the chance to reconsider whether you do actually want to start playing again. You may contact us at any time to cancel requests to start playing again.
Permanent Self-Exclusion/Account Closure
Any player can request us to permanently close their Amok Casino account by talking to our support team via chat or email. This decision cannot be reversed, and we ask that you withdraw any remaining funds before taking this action.
If you have accounts at any of our sister brands, we also recommend you let our support team know, and they can close these for you too. Likewise, we advise you to close any other gambling accounts you hold with other operators. And remove yourself from any environment in which gambling is promoted (for example, following gambling brands on social media).
Help and Support
If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, please take the Gamblers Anonymous Questionnaire and follow any advice they suggest on completion. It can be found here.
Please find a list of entirely independent organizations specializing in tackling problem gambling and offering support. Please note, these are in English, so we recommend searching for your country's equivalents if you are not confident in English.
